More medium/small size homes would be nice

As much as I like bigger homes and spaces I would really like to see more medium size homes like the Lucky Cat landing for example or small houses even somewhere in the wildes. Not all houses need to be huge manors.

I had the pleasure to preview the 2 new homes on PTS,here are 2 videos from Emma Johnston for the people who are interested:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Aff0-hYp00
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fcXcKDNIyc

My first impresions once I did enter the homes was ''wow'' and my second thought was ''wow so big''.

I know the Doomchar Plateau is supposed to be a plot of land where players can build whatever they want but even that seems way bigger to me than the previous plots we got (moonsugar meadow, coldharbour surreal estate, etc)
As Zos already mentioned several times they won't/can't increase our current furniture limit more, I see both homes as a kind of wasted space if I need to cut parts of just to make the rest look decent.
I am a person who likes to use all space what is given and when I see I won't manage it with 700 slots I won't buy the house.
In the case of the sweetwater house,I love the fountains and I can see myself already using a lot of slots just for the front side because I like nice gardens with trees, flowers, hedges and so on.
Ignoring the house and leaving it empty feels wrong to me because it is beautiful and in the middle of all.

Really hoping Zos will realease smaller homes more than just once a year, not necessary in the new dlc zones only but also in some older chapters and base zones like Summerset,Greenshade,Bleakrock, etc.

While I like the manors I find it easier to decorate the smaller houses as it does not seem to be as empty.

I totally agree with you, a few smaller houses would be cool!

The Sweetwater would be so cool for monks/knights faction with quests... But it seems like they are determined to continue to do just empty houses, well atleast I can say I tried to give feedback.

Wow, that sweetwater house looks gorgeous! Can't wait to see the builds people make with it.

Agreed though, I'd love to see more choices for small/medium size houses in addition to all these amazing manors we're getting. Sometimes you just wanna live the cozy cottage life!

I did never understand why after Lucky Cat Landing they didn't focus on brining out more houses of that size and for that price.
What I like about that house is the location, not directly inside a city but close enough to get to all important things quickly.
Also the garden and house size where perfect and the sea view just amazing.

Waters Edge and Proudspire Manor are nice but too centered in the city for my taste.

I was hoping so much that Water's Edge would be a Medium or Small house, and then turns out it's one of the bigger ones. Still, the space is broken up enough that you can furnish it easier than you can the truly huge open homes, like 95% of what ZOS has released for years now. We truly don't have enough smaller houses, especially not ones that can be bought for gold, and it's frustrating to see ZOS ignoring us when we tell them to please stop releasing houses that seem to get bigger and bigger while they continue to tout that "performance" isn't good enough to increase the furnishing limit. 700 slots is NOT enough to make a lot of these bigger houses feel sufficiently furnished, and if for whatever reason you can't/don't have ESO+, you're even more hecked because then you have to work with only 350 slots. Seriously, what's the point of releasing all these massive homes if people have to block off entire sections because there's just no way to fully flesh them out?

Edit for Grammarly autocorrecting 'hecked' to 'checked' lol.

I agree, the chapel is like a town... the ayleid house was the size of betnikh, and so on. All their notable are incredibly beautiful but it's almost like taunting us, having all those wonderful spaces but not enough slots to do them justice. My reasoning is that they keep doing them to somehow justify the exorbitant prices.
