Are we just never getting any more or new hairstyles?

For a long while, we have not gotten any new hairstyles that came out or were datamined. I understand that earlier this year we saw the return of Adorable Assassin, Casual Rascal as well as Standing Wave just last month, but there are still hairstyles that are yet to be named.
Such as the highly demanded Veya's hair that first appeared on Fa-Nuit-Hen in Maelstrom in Orsinium & Zeira's hair from the Theives Guild DLC.
There are also hairstyles that haven't been seen in the store for 3-4+ years such as Heroic Poet & Triple Wavy Braided Updo.
Plus there are several others that are in high demand including short mussed wave, which is now following us around if we have Bastian out, mid-parted shoulder length, portside shave, etc.
At this point, it seems like they're never going to bring out some of the unavailable hairstyles & are just going to continuously put them on NPCs as well as in promo images.
