(DK) Range closing gap abilities don't work(Target is out of range)

So when the Imperial City event was live I came across a new bug which didn't allow me to use closing gap abilites (Shield Charge and Ferocious Leap). I thought this was going to be fixed but today when I came back to eso and played in the Imperial City it happened again. I found a post a year ago that was adressing this issue but this still hasn't been fixed.

    Yes I main Dragonknight and noticed this since the start if the recent Mayhem event

    Zenimax could you look into this? its unplayable

    The problem appeared even before the event. Reported multiple times for several weeks. In the forum you will find a good 5-6 topics about it.

    If you get a bug, your DK is unplayable in the PvP zone and in most cases you have to reset the game.

    They dont care about it.

    Okay this is annoying as hell.

    "Target is out of range" in Imperial City makes the game unplayable. It's tough to pvp as it is in there and without some important abilities it's impossible.

    I've noticed this only in Imperial City. It usually fixes if I leave a district and go to another but it might not work the first time. It mostly happens after I die and respawn back on the district.

    1. It's not only in IC but also in BG
    2. It started not after the event but much earlier
    I've been reporting about this issue since last year and also created topic like this

    I have this issue for a month or so in BGs and IC mainly, my ticket to support had no answer.
