I am hosting a second housing contest this month open to all on PC/EU and PC/NA! Tours will be streamed at twitch.tv/jhartellis at the given time.
Wonderful Water's Edge
Saturday, July 31, 1pm ET
Decorate one room/area of the new Water's Edge home! Basically six rooms, or any section of the exterior. Introduced with Blackwood and located in Leyawiin, this home can be purchased Unfurnished for 1,050,000g (requires Blackwood Grand Adventurer achievement: 26 unique quests in Blackwood). Alternatively, even if you don't have Blackwood, you can buy it Unfurnished for 6200 Crowns or Furnished for 7800 Crowns, or gifting is an option.
Pretty architecture with lots of spaces to decorate. Right on the water--hence the name!
While you're welcome to decorate the entirety of the home, please designate just one area as your entry. This is partly to get one good screenshot, and partly so you can fill out the rest of the home more leisurely past this contest.
Prizes: Top 6 creative entries will each get 500,000g on PC/EU or PC/NA!
HOW TO ENTER:
Two ways to enter:
1) Send an in-game mail to @JHartEllis. Please specify that you are entering the Water's Edge contest, and please specify the room/area of your entry if it's not obvious. You may include a BRIEF description if necessary to explain your build.
2) OR, reply to this thread along with the server you are on (EU or NA) and include the home type, and you may include a longer description and screenshots.
Make sure JHartEllis has Visitor access for the tours. It is not necessary to set the submission home as your primary, and you do not need to be present during the streamed tour. Get your entries submitted at least 2 hours before the tours. Enter early (earlier the better even if not 100% done). If you have EHT FX, publish them to the community or mail them in-game to JHartEllis

PRIZES:
There will be six big winners, and winners can be on PC/EU or PC/NA. Prize winners will be determined based on creativity, fun factor, and screenshotability. All other entrants will receive small participation prizes.
There will also be prizes for Twitch chat participants during the streamed tours, such as ESO Stream Team codes or in-game items. Tune in for the tours, get some decoration inspiration, and enter for prizes! This contest, like all prior contests of mine, is not sponsored--support for the host is greatly appreciated.
