Idea for making Ravager a better set

Hey guys i have an idea. What if every set and skill that gives an enemy breach effect ticks? Then using a skills like Power of the light or Noxious Breath you could gain stacks pretty easy. On this moment the only skill that works like this are Caltrops and it would be nice to have some better alternatives that could work with this set. What do you think?

Ravager would be a good set if you didn't lose all your stacks so quickly once you build them up. Or you gained them faster meaning you just had better up time. You can pair ravager with night mother's gaze for a near guarantee on gaining stacks. It's the long arse build up to a short duration that makes other options better imo.
