Hunter's Glade lighting bug (PS4)

When I enter my Hunter's Glade, I find that many of my light-emitting objects no longer emit light. Sometimes picking them up and putting them back fixes them temporarily.

Items affected so far (I can't remember exact names):
Blackreach Geode, Iridescent
Luminous Lantern Flower
Hist Bulb
Flower, Coda
Blackreach Cabbages
Dwarven Crystal Sconce, Mirror
Colovian Crystal
Glowbush, Purple
Hearthfire (cooking station)

Additionally, mounts and pets seem affected.

This isn't client side! I had some friends come to check the house and they don't see the lights, either. Another person on the forum has pointed out to me that there has been an issue with "enchanted lights" in this house for a long time.

This is really ruining the look of my build. Fix this, please. This is an expensive item to be having impaired functionality. It's probably too late to take all of my items out of it and issue a refund request.

There’s also the sunlight running along the journey.. but there is no sun.. that is non-sens xD
