Azure Plasm Cage Luxury Item stops glowing in Hall of Lunar Champion

This item glows & flows when I enter the home. If I go into the Lion's Cradle portal and then return to the main hall, the glowy flowy bits are gone.
It also happens in Moongrave Fane & Halls of Colossus portals. Item is lit when I place it in these portals rooms, but when I go back in, it is no longer glowing. It's still bright but the lighting effects are gone.
When I leave the home entirely & return the main hall light is glowing & flowing but not the lights in the portal rooms. As soon as I reenter main hall from a portal the glowy & flowy is gone.
These were not inexpensive items, and the glowy flowy water fx is the reason for purchasing the luxury vendor item. I'm on console so there are no add-ons etc interfering with the coding.
Hopefully there is a fix!
Edited to add that I did a bug report but that goes into the Void for all I know so I'm also posting here.
