Predicant Maera Missing after Maintainance

Hi, due to the recent server outage, I was unable to combine my Banner Bearer Emblems before the event finished, and Predicant Maera has dissapeared.
It seems like quite an oversight for them to become useless outside the event, especially given other tradeable fragments can be combined at any time.
Is there some way of combining them that I don't know about? Or am I just not going to have to wait a year to be able to use the styles?
