Is the Any Race, Any Alliance... ability ever on sale for a discount? I saw something from 2019, but not recently.
I want to start another toon, get started on their riding skill, but want to be able to choose between all the races, not just the main PVP alliance my guild plays.

✭✭✭I don't think it will ever be on sale and this is why: according to ZOS there are 11k worth of items in the bundle and the cost is 2k.
