Emperorship bugged on multiple Cyrodiil campaigns: can it be fixed before event ends? Please?

There's probably a number of forum posts about this now so I'm sorry for the redundancy, but the emperor status and achievement is now bugged on two different Cyrodiil campaigns. Despite a single faction controlling the necessary keeps, it'll show a white block as the reigning emperor and the top AP scorer in the appropriate faction will not have received the achievement.

I'm lucky this hasn't personally affected me as I have the emperor achievement already, but I imagine for a lot of players it is rather frustrating and disappointing. In the past, game breaking bugs that undermine an in-game event have been reason to extend that event, and I'd suggest such a solution might be appropriate here, provided this bug can be resolved at all.

Absolutely unbelievable that ZoS isnt' even acknowledging this serious issue. That no devs would even offer any statement on it says a lot.

What are they going to do to help the hundreds of players who Homed these two campaigns? I feel bad for @Anorra in Fields of Regret campaign. She spent 40-50 hours in that campaign this week. And the EP and DC groups that were there every night, hoping that ZoS would fix it before the campaign ended, are just as disgusted by this.

I guess just ignore the players that should have been awarded Emperor? Sweep it under the rug?

It's only pvp man. If a mudcrab in glenumbra was bugged out they'd probably take down the servers for 6 hours just to fix it asap.

It is disgusting, no acnowledge of such a bug. it is just disgusting.
People putting so many hours to achieve something and they just don't care.

I mean, I'm willing to cut them some slack as it was a major holiday weekend in the United States, but the event has already expired and there's no communication as far as I can tell that shows they're looking into this bug.

Regardless of whether or not these campaigns persist beyond the event, there is still very clearly something wrong server-side that's creating (and replicating across the various campaigns) this bug, and it does need to be addressed by the developers.

I'm totally willing to cut ZoS some slack, too. It's not the first time these campaigns have been bugged in Midyear Mayhem.
It happened last year.

And yes, it was, a holiday week. But, this had been going on for over a week. 3 different campaigns affected. But, again... bugs happen.

But, what does NOT happen, is ESO stonewalling and not saying a word. Not even acknowledging anything is wrong. Even if you can't fix it, you should at least respect your player base enough to acknowledge it.

I know players that spend real money (crowns) on these AP/XP scrolls, that were wasted in a campaign towards an Emperorship that was unattainable. Maybe those players wouldn't have spent that real life money, had they known that they were throwing their money away. But, a simple apology would've helped. Would've gone a long way.

Again, I'm just absolutely disgusted that it's being swept under the rug, like nothing happened.

AP scrolls don’t count toward scoring leaderboards in the campaigns it only affects your skill line leveling and your personal rank (veteran ,major,captain etc)

These players aren't PvP'ers. They go after achievements. They decided that if they were going to go to the event, they were going to increase their rank. They also got delve bonuses, went after Keep bonuses, and spent 40-50 hours in Fields of Regret, without boosting.

I got my emp in 2016, when we didn't have any of this. We didn't have any additional scrolls. We just had grinds.

And, it's still crown scrolls, introduced during the PvP event. You think that was done on accident? It's real money, to sway people to come into PvP. And it was wasted, because those PvP'ers won't be back. Not after that. And certainly not after no explanations were given as to why it wasn't fixed.

Believe I’m not defending the situation but people should be more cautious and informed o we what they spend their money on

People missing one stupid fragment that cost zero effort, ZoS acnowledge that and give to people that missed hit.
People spending lot of time and neglectic lot of sleep to get a bugged achievent, ZoS just don't care and says nothing.

I hope people will soon get tired of being treated this way, remember a new world is coming.

i sent in a ticket a few days ago when i was supposed to get it aswell and all they said was that they didnt have the tools to give that kind of stuff which i kinda found silly but whatever.

Do you think New World will be better? This is the same bag as WoW, GW2 and others. Don't expect the new game to get any better at this.
