Keybinds combination Issues

Hi all, excuse me for my English, I'll try to do my best to write my thoughts

From a few days ago I have an issue with my keybinds...
I have set some keybinds with a combination like SHIFT + B or CTRL + E... and them are working well but now if I try to set up a new combination with one modifier like CTRL or SHIFT I can't complete it because the game consider only the last key I pressed.
I tried to disable all my addons but nothing happens.

Please, can you help me to understand how can I adjust this issue?

Hello, please try resetting your keybinds to their defaults and see this article. Should your issue persist, please contact Customer Support here.

If you have any Keybind Addons, make sure they are up to date.
