Deadlands Scorcher Gone Forever?

I returned to the game a little late and a little light on funds to get the scorcher skin. Now that I'm playing actively and have a new job, I'd gladly dump crowns on tickets to get this skin. I noticed the pieces are not for sale in the event merchant. Will they return at a later date? Possibly as part of the Q4 event, with them all available for those of us who missed them?
If not, that's life, I guess.

All of the the missed fragments for collectible rewards usually return for New Life Festival. So you can return in December and expect to get the skin that you wanted.2
