CP Inspiration boost explained

Hi all,

I don't really understand the CP star inspiration boost.
Does this only work for new characters that are still researching their crafting or does it also help with other things?

Can someone please explain it to me?
Then I know if it is worth using it.

It's only useful for characters which don't have 50 lvl in crafting skill lines yet. It increases exp gain for deconstructing and crafting items (and learning alchemy/enchanting ingredients), nothing more.
