Poor Customer Service
30 days elapsed and you did not resolve multiple tickets and voicemails I left regarding your team allowing AP exploit to take 1st place on PS4 North America Grayhost and did nothing about it. I don’t want an automated ticket response that does not resolve nor do I want to play a game where you literally allowed players to be exploited and disrespecting the time DC players put into win 1st place but because we never tried to Emp to AP booster we are 3rd place AFTER being ignored and no real time problem resolution. Can I talk to a real live person who can address the lack of real time problem resolution? You allowed me to play a campaign that was exploited for 30 days!
