30 days elapsed and you did not resolve multiple tickets and voicemails I left regarding your team allowing AP exploit to take 1st place on PS4 North America Grayhost and did nothing about it. I don’t want an automated ticket response that does not resolve nor do I want to play a game where you literally allowed players to be exploited and disrespecting the time DC players put into win 1st place but because we never tried to Emp to AP booster we are 3rd place AFTER being ignored and no real time problem resolution. Can I talk to a real live person who can address the lack of real time problem resolution? You allowed me to play a campaign that was exploited for 30 days!

    Zos hasn't done anything probably because there was no exploiting. Blood is boiling often in pvp and its typical, when I kill someone then it was my skill, but when someone kills me then they were cheating/exploiting, lag, glitching, unbalance you name it.

    Yeah there is AP boosting. It happens. Dude was 3 mil ahead of 2nd place and people submitted tickets and videos about it.

    Since you want to run to the defense of the admin why don’t they return calls from 1-844-Zenimax saying it takes a business day for a response and it’s been 30 days 0 response

    That’s my home campaign, no one knows who this guy is and no one ever sees him fighting.

    One time I saw him standing behind Ash waiting for the dtic.

    It’s so bad that a lot of players just quit playing and I can queue up at 6pm est and only wait about 15 mins to get into the campaign. I usually end up on guest campaign for the event because the queue for the main campaign is hours long.

    I was hoping for a lot of x2 AP during the event but this has ruined it.

    I've had really good experiences with customer service, average ones and one truly terrible one.

    The terrible one was the only one that related to pvp. They just treated me like an idiot. I had a very simple problem- couldn't get into Cyrodiil because my queue glitched out and and it had me stuck at "entering campaign" for 3 weeks. They simply refused to get on my account and look into it. Instead they sent me 6 emails explaining how campaign queues work then closed it. I was nothing but polite and respectful. All I got back was contempt.

    ZOS will never say what they do with cheat reports, if they do anything. All you will get in reply, is to put them on ignore. It would be nice to get some kind of forum post explaining that X number of accounts have received disciplinary action. But that can backfire if there are lots of cheating going on.

    In OPs defense, it genuinely is a case of severe exploiting and did ruin DC this campaign.

    This dude on 22 mill and no one's seen him in a fight.
    It's not a case of someone just being smart and earning a lot of legit AP this time.

    When it comes to reporting a cheater no company will ever EVER tell you if they did anything. I would not expect to hear back unless its an account issue.

To do this, open your contacts list (default: O) and click on the "No Entry" icon in the upper right corner. Now you have the option to add players. You can also do this by right-clicking on a player's name and choosing "Ignore". Once this is done, messages from the player in question will no longer be able to reach you.
