I am running without much CP now, just almost hitting 160 on one character.

What is the best world boss to hang out around and hopefully find someone else attacking I can help with (for the Endeavor today)?

The Wolf's Camp in Glenumbra, probably because of the Dolmen in its vicinity, also: Western Overlook in Glenumbra, that one is close to Daggerfall and a delve

I stood by there for 10-15 minutes this morning. No one else came, though I will wait longer. It was cleared when I jumped into a Dolman clear, so that is a good point.

Most of my other WB interactions on the PC (NA) have been targets of opportunity since I am not strong enough to solo now (as I can on the PS4).

The 'popular' zones nearly always have a few people either currently farming world bosses, or eager to join you if you advertise in zone chat.

Deshaan which drops Mother's Sorrow gear, Reaper's March which can drop leads, Bangkorai a little bit for Spriggans, Malabal Tor for Spinner's. That kind of thing.

If you have the dlcs, you should go there, people usually do them for quests and motif drop chance from the quests. expecially in blackwood as it just came out

There's also a troll near a dolmen in the middle of Deshaan who gets a lot of attention. He's a lot easier than the werewolf pack if you do want to try to solo him.

The Kagouti one top left of Deshaan is usually camped and is easily soloable (if you don't forget to block). Got most of my 30 kills on that one. The other one is the troll someone else mentioned. DLC bosses are usually camped primetime.

Do you mean the "easiest" ?

There are two frost atronach world bosses:
    - Nomeg Hyril in Bangkorai https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Nilata_Falls
    - Nomeg Rine in The Rift https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Frozen_Ruins

They are easy to on level 20+ characters as they are very slow, direct attacks are weak, and theirs ground AOE is clearly visible.
(this is my opinion. others ones may differ).

Managed to solo Strifeswarm Hive on my brand new level 13~ish (below level 15 for sure because i didn't even had two bars) melee stamDK yesterday, the first boss in Stonefalls. Still, needed vigor and some kiting at one point.

Personally, I think The Abomination in Deshaan is the easiest world boss to solo.

Conversely, the toughest to solo is probably Walks-Like-Thunder.

I'd say Reach bosses, because they are only two, always camped, as the zone is relatively new and dailies drop motifs. In blackwood there are usually some people around, but there are 6 bosses, so people are more spread out. Though both options require access to dlc/chapter.

That could be the problem... depending on the time of day you play... might not be as many people active at the time. Funny, because lately I've been going around soloing WBs... or trying to intentionally SOLO them... but undoubtedly before I am finished, someone else will come by and join in. To me it's not about killing the WB, it's about testing my skills and doing it solo... so having other people join in makes it less of an accomplishment IMO. I'm not saying other players shouldn't join in, it's all good... I'm just saying for me personally, I like to completely solo them.

The werewolf one in Glenumbra turned out good that day. I also did get the guy down near the water near Daggerfall later for fun. (The other 2 times were for the endeavor.)

Pick a boss that offers you something more than just to fulfill an endeavor. For example:

A boss that you have never cleared.
A boss in a zone that offers gear that you want to collect.
A boss that might drop a lead that you want.

If it is a difficult boss, ask for help in zone.

I find the Stormhaven world bosses, the Abandoned Farm and Scrag's Larder (I think it's called), are fairly easy. The big Daedroth and the Ogre and his bears.

Deshaan WBs, especially the mid-zone troll by the dolmen. There’s also a delve nearby and a mini-dolmen spawn site. Hit them all and collect good gear, like Mother’s Sorrow, Plague Doc, and Night Mother’s Embrace while doing the endeavor. There are often other players nearby.

I don't have the strength now to kill just any boss. I can on the PS4, but I am rebuilding on the PS4 and only just now reached CP160 on my Pet Sorc. I am running Necorpotence and Mothr's Sorrow, but it is a bit of a mish-mashed set and needs upgrading at least.

Keep in mind that doing things with low CP and not much in the gear area is harder than it may seem.
