Build help - Stamden (Blackwood)

After a long time not playing PVP I recently respecced my magsorc (main) for the Midyear Mayhem event.
To mix things up I would also like to play my stamden again, my stamplar is allocated to PVE DD and my DK is specced as tank.

After searching for builds I have a general idea of what I want to run in terms of gear.

Class: Warden
Race: currently Redguard (might change this to Bosmer)
Mundus: Serpent (stam regen)
Food: Artaeum Takeaway Broth (max health, health regen, max stam, stam regen)

Head: Balorgh - heavy - well-fitted
Shoulder: Balorgh - medium - well-fitted
Chest: Pariah - heavy - well-fitted
Waist: Trainee - medium - well-fitted
Hands: Innate Axiom* - medium - impen
Legs: innate Axiom* - medium - impen
Feet: innate Axiom* - medium - impen

Necklace: Pariah - infused - WD enchant
Ring L: Pariah - infused - WD enchant
Ring R: Malacath (or Death Dealers Fete) - infused - WD enchant

Front bar: Vateshran 2H maul - sharpened
Back bar: Pariah 1h+shield - powered+impen

*Alternative for Innate Axiom could be Ulfnor's Favor but that would make it a heavy armor build instead of medium.
I like to have mobility and burst dmg so I tend to lean towards medium but I dont know how much difference there is between heavy and medium in terms of survivablity.

Why consider Innate Axiom? 2pc: WD+SD / 3pc: max stam + max mag
Why consider Ulfnor's Favor? 2pc: max health / 3pc: stam regen + mag regen

What do you guys think about this gear setup?
Any tips from experienced stamden players would be appreciated!

Pariah is back bar only? Doesn't seem like a good idea.

Go Pariah body, Alchemist/ Powerful Assault/ etc.. But this is more or less the meta so kinda boring...

Pariah on the body is definitely an option but that means running heavy armor or giving up the mythic.

Ive also looked at running other options (A) medium setup without mythic or (B) heavy with mythic ring or (C) heavy with Sithis. With Alchemist+Balorgh in medium armor it might be overkill to run Malacath so option A seems decent. Option B and C are probably more meta but also look pretty strong. What do you think about these options?

If you want medium armor+mythic you can also go armor master back bar with shuffle/elune.

Good idea, its also an easy setup to test out because Armor Master its craftable.

Shuffle/Elude is nice for the AOE dmg reduction so it should help the survivablity in medium.

I run seventh legion (back bar), ancient dragon guard, balorg, malacath

Did some testing yesterday with Vateshran 2H Maul, 2x Balorgh, 1x Malacath, 3x Axiom, 1x Trainee and 5x Armor Master on the backbar yesterday. Damage and sustain are pretty good (even on a Redguard), I managed to get a couple 1vX kills yesterday. Still need some time to get used to the stamden burst combo, especially the medium attack to proc Vateshran. Compared to heavy builds the survivability is not great in medium, Im sitting at 26k resistances fully buffed with purple gear. Shuffle is not even morphed yet so it will get a little better.

I am going to try out the heavy setup this weekend with Vateshran 2H Maul, 5x Pariah, 1x Domihaus, 1x Malacath and 5x Clever Alchemist on the backbar. Curious to see what the difference is in terms of survivability and damage.
