Lion pet help please

I worked really hard to get the elinhir arena lion pet to then be dissapointed because he has shackles on his paws and around his neck.
To my surprise I saw someone today with a big lion pet without shackles. But before I could ask the person dissapeared.
Can someone please tell me which lion that is and how to get it

OP is referring to a pet, not a mount. Pet's don't have those settings.

If you don't see it in the store or crates... It was probably a limited time offer.

This one Senche-Lion_Cub doesn't appear to have any shackles, but it hasn't been on offer since 2016.

That link also shows all the other pets, check and see if it's there.

It might've been the big Frostbane Sabre Cat pet that had a very small chance of dropping during an Undaunted+New Life Event back in 2018.
Was it this one?

The sabre cat is a good bet, if it really was a pet OP saw. To my knowledge, all other adult male lions (so with mane), which you can get as collectible, are mounts.

Agreed.

There are so few actual "Lion" models (either Pet or Mount) in game, that the odds are it was a sabre.

Yesssss this is the one.
Aw so no chance to get it then now :'(

I wanted a big lion type like that for a long time.
I have the other senches but find them to small.
It is like the big wolves in markarth I hope they bring those out but then in the same size.
