Battleground voice chat bug. Support totally unacceptable!!!! PS4 & PS5
I personally have sent in 2 tickets about this glitch. Explained about how everyone is being placed in the same group chat and that even if you leave whoever happens to be talking or making enough noise for their mic to pick up names will be stuck on the screen even after you finish the battleground and leave. I assume this has been the case since Midyear Mayhem started or maybe before. I myself did my first BG last Friday and reported the glitch then, did a second BG on Sunday glitch was still there. If they can't fix the glitch why can't they just shut the chat down. Totally sucks having to completely leave the game to clear the screen.
If the crown store had a glitch they would be on it in minutes. Not days or weeks. Just sad. :-(
