Vykosa arms pack effect has almost no width from a certain angle

Not sure if a glitch or not, but here it is. Left 2 images is the effect with almost no width at all so it's close to invisible straight on, Right is to show the full effect works from a certain angle.

But with one handed the problem doesn't happen, only with dual wield
