Is the glitch with WW bleed not proc’ ing a status effect…

Ever going to be fixed? I mean the play style is practically unrewarding as it is besides a laggy CC in group play. But I mean, do we have any acknowledgement on this?

I ran a 100 dot tick with werewolf berserker and a 60% status effect chance increase with 0 procs, as opposed the the gap closer, stage 2: which proc at rate according to chances.
