BUG: Excessive Stam drain when riding your mount into a no mount area (only in Cyrodiil?)

Uploading yet another bug video where if you ride your horse into an area that dismounts you; it drains 13-14k stam. Seems excessive
I have not been able to reproduce outside of Cyrodiil other than if you are sprinting on your mount; it charges you about what you'd expect for sprinting that far, which is much less than 13-14k stam

✭✭✭✭✭I have seen this happen as well in Cyrodiil on PS4/NA.
I had not paid much attention until you mentioned it, but now I recall that it happened whenever I rode up onto the front step of a keep.
If I remember correctly, I have seen my stamina bar drop below a half or sometimes almost completely down to empty before, all in an instant just like in your video.
