Group Audio Following and Volume Control Failure

Since the update I've been experiencing two bugs associated with your audio system. First, even with the player volume slider as low as it goes I still hear players audio coming through. I turn the volume down to compensate for your refusal to stop forcing me into voice chats that I don't want to be in, where people feel it's OK to blast their music, scream at their kids, curse at their friends, and generally act like no one is important except themselves. Since the Midyear Mayhem event kicked of I'm now also experiencing persistent group audio that I CANNOT turn off. Leaving all game audio chats does not fix the issue. And as noted turning player audio all the way down does not fix the issue. Please fix your fricking audio servers, I'm tired of having to log out just so I don't get constantly blasted with garbage from voice chats that I didn't want to join in the first place. Sincerely, a pissed off customer.
