Latest Patch installation has stopped my gamegame from loading

The patch installing did something to a couple of DLL's.
MSSCVCP140.dll
VCRUNTIME140.dll
no longer can be accessed by eso64.exe
anyone else have this problem

geodev✭✭The ingame repair did not find any errors. However under the windows settings apps & features found the 2 Redistributable packages
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 with todays date 28/06/2021
and ran the repair on them
Problem resolved thank goodness0
