Have You Learned Every Provisioning: Food Recipe?

If you go into the Provisioning UI at the station, does it show all recipes, known or unknown, if you check the box that mentions something about knowledge? The ones that you don't know should be greyed out.
I didn’t see such an option, only 1) Have Ingredients, 2) Skill, and 3) Quest. I do not see a way to view unknown recipes — Have I missed something?
My goal is to know every recipe that it is not prohibitively expensive to know (War Tortes, that ambrosia recipe that requires a super rare cypher) on two characters.0
