Add ability to cross over different sub levels of a house for houseguests and pets

I suggest that there should be the way to set path points to move to different house sub levels for houseguests and pets. It can be done right now in a super janky way if you set first path location at one sub level and second at another one, but that just leads to them go right though walls for 1000 ft or so 'til they eventually appear at desired location.
