Bug with Charge/jump skills

Many times on BIG, Cryo or IF i cant use Charge / jump skill on enemy like Shield Charge, Dragon Leap etc. Pls fix it
- Where "Update on Cyrodiil Performance & Upcoming AOE Tests"? I wish ZOS would stop kicking players' balls, especially those on Cyro
