Crystal Weapon Morph bug

edit: It sometimes works and I am not sure why. I think if the cystal weapon hit kills something it won't use the glyph, but if the light/heavy attack doesn't kill it then it will use the glyph. My head hurts from testing so long. That must be it?
If you use it on training dummies it works fine and triggers glyph enchantments on light/heavy attacks, however...
If used on real world monsters the glyph enchants just don't activate properly off of light/heavy attacks. I have tested it on all kinds of creatures in the wild.
Sorry for both posting this here and making a bug report but I really like this skill on my character and hope it gets noticed. Thanks for your time.
