Can you make companion gear?
Be nice to change up the skill lines to allow for this.
Or am I depending on drops and trading?

    Companion gear is from drops and trade. Some merchants also sell white companion gear, if you want to unlock and level skills.

    Sadly any good companion gear will come only from drops, which can be traded. For some reason ZOS doesn't want to leverage their great gear crafting system for other systems like companion gear and to a lesser extent furnishings.

    Or allow deconstruction. Starting to see the gear pile up in guild banks

    I wonder why...

    Make it another skill like, and hard to do.

    Also, make companion gear damage and get destroyed more often

    Adds a twist to the game...pain the a$$ or more fun...???
