Is there an addon that disables the Craglorn 'Entering/Exiting Group Area' message and sound cue?

Hi beautiful people,
I have been spending a bit of time in Craglorn lately and this 'badoom' sound cue and accompanying message are starting to be like an itch in an unreachable spot.
Is there an addon/.ini setting/in-game setting that allows me to disable it>?
I have tried 'No, Thank You! (Blackwood)' but doesn't seem to do it for me.
