Series X no longer showing HDR effect

For the last few days I no longer get HDR brightness on my Series X.
The XB and TV both show HDR active.
The image is darker and moving the HDR brightness slider in the menu doesn't change anything.
Logging into any other game shows HDR brightness and color.
Logging on my XB1X has working HRR.
