Cyrodiil crashing forcing unacceptable requeues.

I’d like someone at ZOS to explain to us why when your server crashes and/or we get forcibly logged out of cyrodiil/the game, why we must then sit in another 1+ hour long queue just to get back in? The event is less than 2 weeks this time around and we’re spending most of it being kicked from the servers and sitting in a queue we just went through.
You used to be able to quickly log back in and you would get back into cyrodiil but that is apparently gone now.
Why? And what are you doing to address this issue that is affecting the entire PvP environment. Not lag, but crashes that force requeues.
