I think there is a problem with some debuffs attacks

this has been an issue for a while. The best way to clear it is to either enter and leave a delve, or go to your alliance base and enter cheesemonger's hollow.

It may take a few attempts to get back into Cyrodiil if the campaign is busy, but keep trying and it will let you back in.

In the meantime i was lucky, i decided to log out and when i went back all was good again

But thank you for the info, i rather prefer your solutions than loose my spot in cyro and be in queue lol
