does bloodthirsty enchant get factored into proc damage?

I'm running azureblight reaper set on my stam sorc, and I know that now these proc sets scale off of weapon dmg. My question is, will the bloodthirsty enchant weapon dmg increase actually be factored into my character's stats and increase the tooltip for the azureblight proc?

Yes, but only for the enemies with lower health of course.
