Ebonheart docks in Stonefalls no guards to worry about. Use to pickpocket there for the 1 million gold fenced and 1000 pockets picked achievements.

was in vivec city doing crafting writs, so 2 npcs on the wooden planks, and 3 near the water, finished all 3 dailys there.

I didn't. I did the crafting one, ate some of the massive supply of crown food from login rewards and laundered 5 items. I did kill one person along the way, but not for the endeavours, he was just in the way.

Vvardenfell has a good number of easy kills, if people are needing ideas:

Gnisis: two in the Inn (one sits downstairs without moving and one walks upstairs and downstairs; get the stationary one while the other is upstairs and then get him when he comes back down), three in the Temple (just don't kill the priest while she's sweeping upstairs or in view of the mage), a pilgrim outside feeding chickens, a fighter inside one of the non-locked buildings

Sadrith Mora: a slave off feeding chickens on the area where other slaves are working the fields, a slave working on the docks, a fisherman in that same area, a slave sweeping over by the inn, a fighter in front of the locked building next to the inn, a mage sitting on a bench in front of the inn, a mage who walks back and forth near the inn

Balmora: I'm less familiar with this town, but there's a drunk and a pilgrim on the second floor of the room, and plenty of beggars scattered about.

Vos, Sadrith Mora, Tel Branora, the docks near the Ald Veloth home all have easy kills too, but I don't know the areas well.

Finished crafting in Leyawiin and turning in those I killed that obnoxious NPC that loiters there. Figured might as well pop a few more.
Saw a few dead bodies and I'm fairly sure two other players were responsible for those deaths. Didn't catch them in the act but they were sneaking around and up to no good somewhere.

I killed a few in Leyawiin and I gotta say there were a lot of npcs among the missing. Didn't see the bodies but there were defintitely a lot less npcs walking around lol

Jumped on my Khajiit nightblade and she was in Vivec City crafting area. So I sliced and diced around there. I left poor old Brothes alone, though. Everyone kills him and he's just trying to catch some fish.

Not sure if I remember. Let's see...I was doing my daily thieving rounds and... oh it must've been in Solitude, I remember offing a few NPCs there. Not a typical location for me to do my rounds, so it sticks out in my memory. I wasn't even aware it was a Daily until later in the day when I thought to check what the Dailies were today.

Anvil in gold coast, my usual farming spot. ironically I wasn't originally going to go stabbing people, but for whatever reason, when I was there, all the npc's were still alive on my stealing route, so I pick pick stabbed them as targets of opportunity. otherwise my plans were to fence some stuff, eat some food and craft some glyphs.
