I've been playing ESO for ~7 years now (PC launch, basically) and have shared many a video and much feedback over that time. This will be the latest installment and I am HONESTLY asking, after everything, why does Cyrodiil still run like this so often?
My full system specs and internet connection details are in the video description (including information of things I've already tried, per support, such as port forwarding). To date, absolutely nothing has worked. If this is simply what the game is destined to be, then so be it. I'd just like to know (even privately) before continuing to pull my hair out trying to make something happen that never will.
