Lead Drops

Why have I been cursed? It must the fact I have no soul...idk but 23 times running Cradle of Shadows to get the lead drop for Gaze of Sithis is not even funny anymore. Who ever in the hist milk drinkin, mother of Breton dog lover would make this happen? I curse you a thousand cuts from a baandari dagger! You no good for nothing thinking 23 times isnt enough to run the damn dungeon for a lead drop.

I feel really bad for you. I am sure that I just used up my good RNG on this, because I got it first try in COS. Gaze of Sithis is Junk. The PTS nerf cycle killed it. Tried it on my mag sorc in PVP, couldnt get rid of it fast enough. In theory, its great as a proper shield stacking sorc doesnt need to block. In practice, the first time you get a lag spike and cant get a shield to cast, say good night. At least blocking usually works in high lag.

I will probably end up running DSA 23 times for the last lead for Death Dealer's Fete. Would trade this stupid helm for that ring in an instant.

I also got really lucky with it. 3rd try and the 3rd try was me getting put on a team that was already on the last boss, so it took all of 5 minutes for the run.

Planning on trying it out in PVP during Midyear. But I really like it in PVE right now. Replaced pale order with it and it provides pretty much the same survivability without the need to swap it on/off in group play.

First off, i have to que up for this dungeon which takes between 20-25 minutes, then run it and not get what i want to que up again and wait again for another que, so yeah i can waste 5 minutes making a post. Also I have given up on getting the Helm. not worth spending days trying to get something im obviously not gonna get.

I have soon completed the "loot 200 safeboxes" achievement and still not gotten the final lead for the music box..

It really isn't fun to spend hours after work to do the same trivial task over and over to get something in a game.
Playing a game should be fun.. A 1% lead drop farming isn't especially fun.. For me atleast..
