I finally unlocked Mirri's Keepsake yesterday - a big occasion for me since I have been hoarding my treasure maps since I learned of her passive.
As a person who loves spreadsheets and documentation, I thought "wouldn't it be great to document all the items I receive from Mirri's passive? How much of an increase it is overall?"
So with spreadsheet ready, off I went. I was not planning on documenting all the contents of the chests, but just what came in Mirri's Hidden Treasure Bag. Also, only documenting what came from the treasure maps, NOT overland chests I came across.
Additionally, I kept a running tally for (1) treasure map chests with drops, (2) treasure map chests without drops, (3) overland chests with drops, and (4) overland chests without drops.
After 21 treasure maps, I had
21 chests WITHOUT any Mirri drops, and 0 chests with Mirri drops.
After 10 overland chests, I had 7 chests without Mirri drops, and 3 chests with Mirri drops.
I recognize that 21 treasure maps is a small sample size, however one would expect that there would be at least ONE instance of Mirri's passive affecting a treasure map chest within that sampling considering the passive is stated to be 30% via the ingame tool tip.
Other miscellaneous info:
- I *did* have Mirri out, even though I have her keepsake.
- I have received Mirri drops from chests in dungeons.
@ZOS_GinaBruno would you be able to weigh in on this issue with Mirri's passive?
