And I keep asking myself... How come I still.. to this day... still can't select black hair for my Altmer characters in ESO? Altmers have black hair in Skyrim so what's the deal with not being able to have black hairs in ESO? Can I have a developers respond if possible?

This reminds me... how I wasn't able to give a Bosmer male the 'Imperial' hair style even though many Bosmer NPCs had that exact hairstyle already in the game. It wasn't until they added the hairstyle pack to the Crown Store, that I was finally able to add it to my Bosmer.

I honestly wish they would allow us to pick ANY hair color to ANY character... because it's just dumb and as far as I know, I haven't seen any 'lore' that says certain races don't have certain hair color, let alone can't wear their hair in a certain style.

I mean I remember people asking that very same question on these forums since 2015, similarly to the ability to hide shoulders at the outfit station it is so little work and everyone wants it. Makes no sense why they haven’t done it yet

I'll happily spent a couple thousand crowns for a hair dying option as long as its account wide and I can use it as many times as I want.

The one that bugs me is theres this strawberry blonde kinda hair color that only like 3 races can use 🙄

There's no reason the races can't look different from game to game. It's been a tradition ever since Arena was followed up by Daggerfall-- thank goodness.
