Random Freezes Since Blackwood

Unfortunatly i am experiencing random freezes (fps drops from approxamately 100 to 35) since the release of blackwood. These occur not only in fights and calculation-intense situations but also just randomly while walking in empty overland. I havent experienced these kind of freezes before blackwood at all. Before i will be told to do so, here is a list of what i already tried to do to fix the issue:

- graphics driver up to date
- turned of real time scan (windows defender) while playing
- disabling ALL addons and libraries
- playing around with different graphic settings

i cannot stress enough, that my system hasnt changed at all during the patch release and yet the issue started to appear after launch of blackwood. in this state the game is unplayable for me, please fix this.
