I keep crashing in this area and can’t progress the reach story

Was doing the reach story with my friend Im on ps5 and I’ve been stuck inside the entrance of the arkthzand research wing and I can’t take more than a few steps without crashing inside. I was able to escape by having my friend leave to black reach so I could teleport to him but I can’t progress any farther. My friend who is on PS4 had no problems entering the area and was able to finish it.
