So...like said in the title -> This has still not been resolved.
You still get a chance of being stuck after using it and not being able to move at all.
Why hasn't this been addressed after 2-3 years?

✭It's not a bug. You are violating the rules of causality and the flow of time, and sometimes the Powers That Be (or if it was the Powers That Say Ni!, I can't remember) just decide that you won't get away with it. Temporal magic is a really iffy thing to use.

Sadly ZOS doesn't seem to interact at all with the forums like other game Devs do, even league despite being inherently bigger than ESO not only responds on their official forums but on Reddit. Many other MMO companies do too, idk why ZOS thinks staying Radio silent on so many issues that's been prevalent for years is a good tactic. I imagine the nonpaid class reps brings this issues to some developer rep, who, if he's in the mood, drops them into an abyss and is largely blown off. From time to time, player wants coincide with ZOS's development schedule and the company makes much of listenting to the player population. Thing to remember is that those who participate on the forums account for less than 1/10,000th of the player base.
