Weapons unequipping by themselves, won't equip until logout
I've had this glitch happen about a half a dozen times on PC. My friend suggested it might be happening because sometimes I use an Xbox controller when I'm playing on PC.
But I've seen this problem reported across all platforms and regardless of the controls used.
Seems to happen most often in delves and dungeons during prolonged combats. Even more specifically, it happens when I'm in a boss fight or a fight where there's lots of continuous enemeies and a lot of fast button pushing, and then suddenly I'm bare-fisted and all my special attacks and abilities go black where the boxes are at the bottom of the screen. And what's weird is that when I go to look in my inventory, it shows the check mark next to the weapon as if its still equipped. Also happens to shields.
I'm tried to to unequip and re-equip while in the dungeon but it's never worked. The only things that seem to get rid of it is either using a wayshrine to fast travel somewhere, or actually logging out of the game and logging right back in. Then all of a sudden I can equip stuff again.
I thought at first it was because my weapons were being damaged to the point of being unusable, but then I realized that only armor has to be repaired, weapons don't get damaged in the same way, so it can't be that.
