Movement speed - Advanced Stats

Does the Sprint Speed stat on the Advanced Stats page not include items that give movement speed bonus?

Example, I am wearing Ring of the Wild Hunt, 45% increased movement speed out of combat. I equip it, no change tp the Sprint Speed stat. I remove the ring, no change to the Sprint Speed stat. But I am actually way faster.

Am I just supposed to add items bonuses on my own and stop when I reach the 200% movement speed cap?
