Returning player - What's your favourite way to level up?

I returned a month or two ago after not playing for yrs. I just made a new character and played through the zones in order as if I never played before.

Alikr to level 20 -

All 3 dolmens in each base zone + Public dungeon in each base zone.

I tend to go for maximum aoe build with self healing if possible plus scroll/potion.

Oh and if stamina build..2h with brawler (basically makes you un-killable).
