Please keep in mind cp 2.0 also had the goal of scaling back dps about 15 or so percent as well. So you will probably see a loss untill you gear up to the current dps standard.

I believe minor vulnerability from the shock staves is why. But the trial dummy already has that so it's redundant.

In a raid group you'll have multiple sources of minor vulnerability, so no need to bring it yourself.
