Can't color companion outfit even after paying

I paid 500G to add some color to Mirri companion outfit. It does not appear when running around. I see it whan in companion menu but not while running around. This seems like a bug but what do I know? Maybe it only works on the first Thursday of the last month in the 33 leap year if there is a blue moon. What have I done wrong?

Aca2017✭✭✭Same here. Beyond that, I can't even see the "Companion Outfit" at the outfit station.
I am presented with a companion effectively wearing "No Outfit", regardless of what I select, and while I am charged for coloring, the resulting coloring is not visible outside the outfit station.0
