moving on xbox series X darkens screen slightly

using the new series X console edition blah blah.
when you stop moving the screen lightens up a bit. Doesn't matter which way you are facing, where light sources are etc.
Effect is more visible in performance mode than in fidelity.
Bug or technical support? I dunno. looks amateurish.
