Take flight ultimate not working in PVP BG or Cyrodil

This is really annoying because as a DK I rely on this ultimate to sustain during fights and it’s my only gap closer.
I came back to eso 2 days ago after completing my final year at uni, I decided to play as my VET Argonian Alt for the first time collecting shards and the like, the irl was working fine in open world but then I went into BG and it wouldn’t activate, I’d like ZOS to take a look at my acc or whatever to figure out the issue or if there’s a hot fix or maybe take flight is banned from PVP?
