Horrible server performance

I know this is supposed to be the year of server performance, but in the 18 months I've been playing, it hasn't been worse then it is now.
Logging a character in from the character select screen takes 10 to 15 seconds just to request the character load, and logging a character out in game takes 3 to 5 seconds just before it starts logging out. And that is just on the loading part... while playing, skills sometimes don't trigger at all for a while, leaving healers with an empty mana pool because they keep clicking the heals because they don't seem to register. Bar switching doesn't work reliably.
I hope the year of the server performance is going to end better then it started.... because right now it feels like things got a LOT worse... instead of any better at all.

cave_troll✭✭✭How long are you playing for? It's always horrible in more demanding parts on the game.
I even stopped playing for a half year because the maintenances and bugs ruined my templer plus my gaming experience.
They didn't fix a bug that caused multiple crashes for months.
This game will never function properly.
But I am glad you still care hopefully it changes.0
