Whispers from the deep - Quest related bug

Good evening,
While adventuring in Summerset, I came across this bug for the quest "Whispers from the deep". The bug will not allow players to enter into the ruin to progress the quest after the initial quest is picked up. There is an invisible barrier blocking the player from passing through the ruins. At a closer glance, you will also notice that the textures are missing from said passage way. Below are some screen shots of the bug. The first photo is of the missing texture and the second photo is of the invisible barrier.
Please provide a fix for the progression of this quest.
